Exceptional food quality at the buffet meals.
Our experience was marred by uncomfortable beds that made it hard to get a good night's sleep, leaving us exhausted each day. the kids' club didn't seem to offer enough supervision or activities for the number of children, which left our kids feeling bored and unengaged. Lastly, finding suitable lounge chairs by the pool was a struggle because the area felt overcrowded despite the hotel’s claims of spaciousness.

The Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely jacuzzi bath that added a nice touch. We enjoyed a beautiful sea view, and the room was generally clean, though a bit dated in some areas. The headboard was peeling, which could use some TLC, but it didn't ruin our stay. The beds were a bit hard—personal preference though. The terrace was great for relaxing evenings after a day at the pool. It was a cozy stay overall!

we had a lovely time at the protur. the rooms were nice and comfy, and we never struggled to find chairs by the pool which was really great. the food was amazing, plenty of options at breakfast and dinner, and special shoutout to the chef for the grill! the bartenders were super fun and always made our time at the pool bar even better. my kids loved the pool. The area felt private and chill.

It was just an excellent fit for a short weekend trip in Cala Ratjada with high value for money. The pool area was nice and never felt crowded, which was great for relaxing. Try to get a room on the ground floor for easier access to the pool.

Lovely stay with friendly staff
We had a great week chilling by the pool, and the bartenders were super fun! The variety of food was solid. I loved the snack bar, especially the fresh fruit options. The only thing was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty sometimes, but it was nice to disconnect a bit. All in all, it was a fab time!

Family with children great choice
The staff, especially those in the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and attentive. My kids loved swimming in the pool, they could jump and play without anyone bothering them.
It wasn’t cheap, but the experience made it acceptable.
